- The Office of Competition and Consumer Protection has received an application regarding the establishment of a joint venture by Żabka Polska sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Poznań, Filip Friedmann and Julian Kozankiewicz.

Żabka operates mainly in the retail market of everyday consumer goods through traditional stores (convenience type), i.e. with a sales area not exceeding 350 sq m, organized in the "Żabka" chain. The stores are run by franchisees of the chain.
– Each of the partners runs a sole proprietorship. Both also hold majority stakes in several capital companies from various sectors, including construction, technology and consulting – the application reads.
The joint venture will offer services to e-commerce entities in Poland.
Julian Kozankiewicz is the head of NoaTech. He also worked for Retail Robotics (the company installed PickupHero parcel machines in Żabka stores).
Filip Friedmann operates on the investment market (owner of the BUDLEX development company).
