What changes should be expected?
Are there any changes planned in the application? What? Are there plans to establish permanent commissions to estimate losses in municipalities?
The Ministry of Agriculture replied:
– The provisions of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers on the detailed scope and methods of implementing certain tasks of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture, § 13zzd, constitute the legal basis for estimating drought through a public application and appointing a commission for estimating damage resulting from drought, within the meaning of the provisions on agricultural crop insurance. and farm animals.
In accordance with the currently applicable regulations, the agricultural producer will complete two sections in the application for the estimation of drought losses:
- Information about crops and drought damage (i.e. information about agricultural plots and crops),
- Insurance information (information whether the farm was insured on the day the damage occurred. If so, please attach appropriate documentation).
The section: Information on animal production will be deleted in the application.
Therefore, the agricultural producer will not have to provide information on animal production in the application.
