Yes joins Zalando. He wants to get foreign customers
The existing Yes loyalty program, based on discount thresholds and three levels of participation – Green, Silver and Gold – no longer meets the expectations of the brand's customers. That's why loyalty managers at Yes Bizuteria have introduced a completely new, more engaging program that not only offers better economic benefits, but also provides users with unique experiences.
– Our new loyalty program offers customers a lot of new functions, also related to the mobile application. We do not rely on discount thresholds. Instead, we give our users three types of benefits – measurable, communicative and practical. Tangible, i.e. discounts, are waiting for consumers at the moment of registering in the program. Everyone can then choose one of the three proposed starting prizes. These are various types of discounts on the Yes range. Additionally, each new user receives a coupon entitling them to purchase one of our flagship necklaces made of real, natural pearls at a special price – explains Daniel Górny, Loyalty Programs Specialist at Yes Biżuteria.
Mobile application – let's stay in touch
An integral part of the Yes Club loyalty program is the mobile application, available in the App Store and Google Play stores. The application, like the entire Yes Club, was created by the Krakow company Sparta Loyalty, specializing in building loyalty programs. Sparta Loyalty is also responsible for the Verona Club program and application, a brand belonging to the Yes Biżuteria portfolio.
– The application we created for Yes is, on the one hand, very light, so it installs quickly and without any problems, but on the other hand, it offers many different functionalities. Most importantly, it is a platform for communicating with the brand. In the application, users will find all the necessary information about their point balance, discounts they can use, prizes, current promotions and purchase history. The application will store proof of purchase for them, show the locations of Yes showrooms and enable them to call up navigation applications, e.g. Google Maps or Apple Maps, as well as communication applications, e.g. Uber – says Tomasz Wawrzynów, president of Sparta Loyalty.
In the application, users will also find a jewelry measure, a QR code module and a function for managing important dates. The jewelry measure allows for precise measurement, and the QR module allows you to easily use codes from influencers. The important date management function allows you to save important occasions, such as birthdays or anniversaries, and the application will remind you of upcoming events and offer a discount on the perfect gift.
Registration for the program and collecting points
Joining Yes Club is very simple and extremely intuitive. Just download the mobile application, enter your name and phone number, and then enter the code received via SMS. For full user convenience, the code will be automatically read from the message, guaranteeing immediate joining of the club.
Customers have a variety of opportunities to earn points in the new program. First of all, they receive points per zloty spent, regardless of whether they pay with cash, card, gift card or use a discount coupon. Additional points are awarded for sharing your opinion in surveys, e.g. post-transaction surveys or surveys examining the level of satisfaction with purchases. Program participants will also benefit from recommending the program to other consumers – in which case they are entitled to a special discount coupon. Yes also organizes special campaigns, which involve awarding additional points for purchases on specific days, hours or for purchasing specific products.
– We want our new Yes Club to be alive and dynamic. We will ask customers for opinions and adapt the program to their needs. Not only in terms of collecting points, but also in using them. We currently offer users to collect points on an annual basis. The current points challenge lasts until the end of this year. After accumulating a certain number of points, they receive a reward. There are a total of six such benefits, says Daniel Górny.
