Yandex Market announced the launch of its own leasing direction. It will be available to any interested company, not only to B2C sellers of Yandex Market. The tool is planned to be extended to the most popular product categories: office and construction equipment, electronics, equipment for cafes and restaurants, since these categories make up the majority of the market’s assortment for business.
“Leasing will be in demand among business customers – the client will be able to immediately put the equipment into circulation and start making money on it,” representatives of Yandex Market suggested.
Ozon is not far behind – the company announced the creation of the legal entity Ozon Leasing. Soon, specialists will be engaged in financial leasing both for clients and partners of the marketplace, and for the external market. Issuances will begin in 2024.
At the moment, no marketplace is yet concluding leasing deals.
