Yandex announced unaudited financial results for the second quarter of 2024.

The company's revenue for the second quarter amounted to 249.3 billion rubles and grew by 37% year on year. Adjusted EBITDA amounted to 47.6 billion rubles or 19.1% of revenue.
Yandex forecasts revenue growth in 2024 to be between 38–40% year-on-year. Adjusted EBITDA for 2024 is expected to be in the range of RUB 170–175 billion.
According to the company's press service, the board of directors will consider the issue of paying the first dividends in the amount of 80 rubles per ordinary share.
