Orientir Group of Companies and the X5 Group entered into an agreement on the construction of a multi-temperature distribution center for the Pyaterochka grocery chain with a total area of 26,800 sq. m in Kaliningrad.

The project will be built according to the built-to-suit scheme (construction for the customer). The production unit, in turn, will be equipped with its own monitoring system and automatic temperature support.
The distribution center will be built on the first line of the Northern Bypass of Kaliningrad highway, 1.5 kilometers from the Primorskoe Ring highway, which will provide convenient access and establish efficient logistics.
