Wilko has opened the doors to its new west London Uxbridge store as it returns to the capital.
The 30,000 sq ft store inside The Pavilions Shopping Centre covers two floors and stocks the discount chain’s products across cleaning and laundry, decorating and DIY, home and garden, and pet care.
Shoppers can also access Wilko’s full online range of over 100,000 products via self-service terminals in store, with options for home delivery or click and collect in as little as one hour.

The Uxbridge opening is the latest store in the retailer’s expansion under the ownership of CDS Superstores and follows launches in Poole, Exeter, Luton, Plymouth, St Albans and Rotherham.
CEO of CDS Superstores, trading as The Range and Wilko, Alex Simpkin said: “We’re thrilled with the warm welcome we’ve received in Uxbridge today, marking a very positive start to our residence here at The Pavilions.
“It’s great to see the local community’s enthusiasm for Wilko’s return, and we’re determined to continue providing quality products at great value prices as even more shoppers visit our Uxbridge store in the coming months.”
CDS Superstores added Homebase to its portfolio earlier this month, when it snapped the DIY and garden chain’s IP and up to 70 UK stores in a pre-pack deal.
The brand will continue to trade online, and the stores acquired by CDS will continue to trade as Homebase over the coming months but will re-open as The Range stores with a “much broader choice across garden, showroom and DIY categories”.
