There have been reports in the media that the co-founder of Wildberries, Vladislav Bakalchuk, informed the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, about the raider takeover of the company. According to him, earlier Tatyana Bakalchuk left home and contacted the Russ Outdoor company, which allegedly began the process of taking away the business. According to the head of Chechnya, the raider takeover of WB is led by brothers Levan and Robert Mirzoyan, as well as “several well-known Caucasians.”
“This is not a raider takeover. This is a scam. From the very beginning, everything was agreed upon with Vladislav; he was personally present at the presentation to the top management of the new structure of the merged company. Here’s the proof,” wrote Tatyana Bakalchuk.
Ramzan Kadyrov instructed State Duma deputy Adam Delimkhanov to look into the situation. He also noted that Russ Outdoor’s turnover is “a hundred times less” than Wildberries, and this company is engaged in a completely different business – advertising.
