The Wildberries marketplace has made changes to its policy of working with sellers, the FAS reported .

The Service received confirmation from Wildberry LLC that the warning issued to the organization on April 9, 2024 had been fulfilled. The company reported on the changes made to the offer. Now it reflects an exhaustive list of grounds for blocking the seller’s personal account and for unilateral termination of the contract, details the procedure for accepting goods and introduces a tariff fixation system.
Wildberries also canceled penalties for hacking personal accounts and the ban on sellers posting their contact information on the marketplace. Criteria for dishonest actions by sellers were formed, which may serve as grounds for suspending payments under the contract. A fixed period has been established for the suspension of payments to sellers without the possibility of extension.
In addition, the marketplace launched the “Chat with the seller” functionality, within which controversial situations can be resolved directly with the buyer.
According to the department, compliance with the warning will ensure effective development of the market, improve the quality of services provided to buyers and contribute to the creation of reasonable and transparent conditions for sellers.
