The Wildberries company transferred 15 legal entities to the RVB company, which was created with the owner of Russ – Stinn LLC , Vedomosti writes.

RVB LLC is a joint venture between Wildberries and Russ Group. It also became the sole owner of 15 legal entities, which were previously 100% owned by Wildberry LLC (the main legal entity of the marketplace). Among them are VB Aleksin LLC (revenue according to RAS in 2023 – 6.3 billion rubles), VB Nevinnomyssk LLC (2.1 billion rubles), Wildberry SK LLC (1.4 billion rub.), Vasilisa LLC (172 million rubles), VB Kotovsk LLC (30 million rubles), etc.
RVB LLC was registered in July 2024. 65% of this legal entity belongs to Wildberry LLC (the main legal entity of the marketplace), and 35% belongs to Stinn LLC (one of the main legal entities of Russ Group of Companies). The executive director of Russ Group of Companies, Robert Mirzoyan, is listed as the general director of the company. Among the activities of RVB LLC are retail trade, advertising agency activities, etc.
