The construction of a Ferris wheel in Riga is ongoing, but the work is lagging behind the original schedule. What do the people in charge say about this? Is the opening date and ticket prices known? The project is being implemented by the Latvian company RPR Operators. Construction began in July last year, and at the time the company reported that it planned to complete the work in October last year. In turn, the facility and the landscaped area around it were planned to be commissioned this spring. But summer is almost over, and the wheel has not yet started operating.
