This year, the Belarus Retail & Real Estate Awards 2024 will again celebrate the achievements of Belarusian companies in the development of infrastructure of shopping and business centers, modern residential complexes, retail chains of various formats (FMCG, fashion, appliances and electronics, pharmacies, cosmetics, jewelry chains and etc.), e-commerce, marketing services, technology companies operating in these areas.
This year, a block of nominations “ Residential Real Estate ” was introduced into the competition program, in which we expect projects from development companies that are implementing projects to develop the commercial infrastructure of modern residential complexes, as well as “ Corporate Social Responsibility ”.
Market participants can present their projects in more than 70 categories. Companies can submit their projects in several categories.
Participation in the competition program is free .
Applications for participation are accepted until August 15, 2024 .
The organizer of the Award is the Belretail.by portal.
The award was held for the first time in 2023 and revealed great interest from market participants. 40 companies received awards in 59 categories.

How to take part in the Belarus Retail & Real Estate Awards
STEP No. 1: Read the list of nominations on the official website of the Award Retailawards.by .
STEP #2: Familiarize yourself with the criteria for evaluating projects, which are presented in the description of each nomination. Based on these criteria, projects will be assessed by members of an expert jury.
STEP #3: Prepare a project presentation in accordance with the criteria.
STEP No. 4: Fill out and send the application/applications on the Award website Retailawards.by with links to completed presentations no later than August 15 .
STEP #5: Take part in the online jury session and defend your projects. The schedule for consideration of works in nominations will be announced in advance to all participants.
STEP #6: Delegate at least one representative from the company to the Awards Ceremony to receive awards. The ceremony will take place on September 27 at the Willing event space.
ATTENTION!
According to the Regulations of the Prize , all participants who have completed their projects and sent applications receive the status of Laureate. The jury members, by a simple majority of votes, determine the best project in each nomination or establish a separate nomination for certain projects.
