On May 29 , the Chervensky shopping center opened in Minsk. This is the completion of a large-scale and multi-year investment project of national importance to reconstruct the Chervensky market. The anchor tenant is the Green hypermarket, which occupies the ground floor.
The trading floor area exceeds 7000 sq.m., where a wide range of food and drinks, non-food products, clothing, and goods for children are presented.
The Green team developed a concept for the development of a hypermarket, both preserving the atmosphere and idea of the retail chain, and taking into account the arrangement of equipment and zoning of the store over a large area. To implement the project, shelving systems and cash registers manufactured by 4RM Systems were chosen. 4RM implements the largest turnkey projects not only in Belarus, but also in the CIS markets, countries of the Caucasus region, and Central Asia, taking into account merchandising requirements and trends in retail development.

All hypermarket shelving uses shelving systems with a raised middle wall, which allows you to get additional space on the shelves without increasing the overall dimensions of the shelving.
Many racks are reinforced with an inside front leg. This is an additional rack that helps the racks bear the load when the shelves are completely filled. At the same time, unlike the outer leg, the inner one does not occupy the space of the first row, increasing the facing on each shelf by 1-2 units.
A striking detail of the exhibition is a collaboration with a large Russian retailer, the Vkusvill grocery chain. The classic 4RM island area is branded with special cladding.
For the checkout area, 4RM engineers have developed a unique personalized solution, which represents an evolutionary transition between the Mega and Nova lines. Ergonomic checkout boxes are equipped with stainless steel conveyor ends, which are reliable, durable and hygienic. The modular design allows for convenient transportation and assembly of boxes directly on site.
Refrigerated display cases are used in large island areas. These solutions make it possible to ensure the proximity of meat, dairy, and fish products without violating commodity storage standards.
To clearly demonstrate refrigerated products, cubic display cases with built-in refrigeration units and a new design of bumpers are used. Tempered glass is used instead of the usual plexiglass. Minimalistic design allows customers to focus their attention on the products on display.
A number of culinary and meat displays have been raised to European standards, higher than the level usual for Belarusian stores. This provides the best visibility of the products and allows customers to examine them in all details without having to lean towards the display case.
The chest freezers use LED lighting, which favorably emphasizes the placed products and creates a unique futuristic design. The bonnet has panoramic sides around the perimeter, which provide additional visibility of the product. Another feature of the model is a serviceable evaporator, which, if necessary, is easily accessible for repair.
Lighting solutions are provided by another 4RM partner, the manufacturer Belintegra . Spotlights provide the desired accents and clearly controlled levels of lighting in different areas. Counter lamps with individual modes are designed for an advantageous presentation of each product group. For example, cheese is illuminated with soft yellow light, and meat is illuminated with a specially designed lamp.
The Green hypermarket in the Chervensky shopping center is an example of the implementation of a large retail facility using the brightest and most advanced solutions, without skimping on quality. The unique equipment of 4RM Systems will be remembered by Belarusian buyers and will attract attention for a long time.
