The Belagro agro-industrial exhibition was held from June 4 to 9 in the Great Stone industrial park. In addition to equipment and other products, many food manufacturers presented their new products. Some have already hit store shelves, and the rest will hit the shelves soon.
“Belovezhskie Cheeses” showed two new lines at the exhibition – Rhône-et-Saône (Ron-e-Son) and “Sarmatia”. Both include six types of cheese. The name Rhône-et-Saône is associated with the city of Lyon, which is considered the gastronomic cradle of France. The recipe for this cheese is also taken from there.
“Our enterprise is aimed at import-substituting production of an elite group of cheeses. Belovezhskaya cheeses are exported to all countries of the EAEU, Northern Cyprus, and Israel. Of course, our products are widely represented on the shelves of Belarusian stores. We strive to ensure that it leaves such emotions that customers would return again and again. Each type of cheese is unique: with its own taste, aroma and consistency,” said Deputy Director of Production Irina Filippova.
Savushkin Product showed new TOP Shake milkshakes. There is no need to beat with special devices – just shake the bottle. Another new product is the fermented milk drink “Ayran”. The company was inspired by the traditional recipe, but still modified it a little. The result is a drink that is very refreshing and suitable for cocktails, smoothies and seasonal soups.
