ARiMR can no longer cope. It postpones some recruitment until 2025!
July 18 this year ARiMR has published an updated schedule for calls for aid applications in 2024 . as part of the Strategic Plan for the Common Agricultural Policy for 2023-2027 (PS CAP).
The schedule is available for download at the bottom of this text.
What does it mean?
Applications are currently being accepted for the following interventions: I.1.1 Payment for small farms, I.4.7 Ecoscheme – Land excluded from production, I.7.1-7.6 Sectoral interventions – fruit and vegetables, I.10.3 Investments preventing the spread of ASF, I. 11 Premiums for young farmers and I.8.10 and I.10.11-I.10.14 – forest interventions.
From March 1, 2024, three calls for applications were launched under financial instruments , in which support is provided in the form of free guarantees and subsidies for the repayment of interest on commercial loans. Assistance is provided by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego. ARiMR does not conduct calls for applications in this regard.

Calls for applications planned until the end of 2024
In 2024, 17 calls for proposals will be launched under PS CAP , including four calls for investment interventions or interventions that reduce the risk of running a business:
I.10.4 Investments contributing to environmental and climate protection – applicants will be able to apply for support, among others: for the purchase of machines and devices that improve environmental and climate protection, e.g. sprayers, spreaders, machines for no-plough cultivation, anti-hail nets, water retention tanks.
I. 10.1.1 Investments in agricultural farms increasing competitiveness (subsidies)
in the areas:
B – support for organic production operations on organic farms – applicants will be able to apply for support for the construction or modernization of buildings, the use of precision farming solutions in buildings, the provision of runs and pastures for animals, the purchase of equipment for preparation, storage, cleaning, sorting and calibration and packaging of agricultural products, purchase or leasing of machinery and equipment, and construction and purchase of technical infrastructure elements directly affecting the conditions of agricultural activity.
C – support for operations related to safe for consumers and effective extension of product durability, storage and better preparation for sale (including direct) – applicants will be able to apply for support for the construction or modernization of buildings, purchase of equipment for preparation, storage, cleaning, sorting, calibration and packaging of agricultural products.
I.10.5 Development of small farms in the areas :
– organic production or production and preparation for sale of agricultural products produced on the farm using ecological methods, or
– starting a business in the field of placing food on the market within short supply chains (agricultural retail trade, direct sales, direct deliveries) – applicants will be able to apply for support for construction investments, equipment for buildings or structures, purchase of machinery and equipment.
I.12.1 Subsidies to insurance premiums for farm animals – aid will be granted in the amount of 70% of the amount of the premium for insurance of agricultural activities in the field of animal production.

Changes to the 2024 schedule
June 28 this year Poland has obtained consent from the European Commission to mobilize additional funds under the Rural Development Program 2014-2020. Additional funds will finance:
- approximately 6,000 applications from area D regarding the purchase of machines under operations such as Modernization of farms.
- over 1,000 additional applications under Investments aimed at protecting water against nitrate pollution from agricultural sources.
Bearing in mind:
- the need to improve the handling of applications submitted under the Rural Development Program 2014-2020, KPO and PS CAP,
- convergence of the scope of support in areas A in intervention 10.1.1 with the support provided under Agriculture 4.0 KPO,
- enabling farmers to better prepare applications for new interventions by more evenly spreading the recruitment deadlines and
- easier access for farmers to ODR advisors,
it was decided to postpone recruitment under the following PS CAP 2023-2027 interventions from 2024 to 2025:
- I.10.1.1 Investments in agricultural farms increasing competitiveness (subsidy) area A,
- I.10.10.1 Infrastructure in rural areas – home sewage treatment plants,
- I.10.15 Investments improving the welfare of cattle and pigs,
- I.13.5.1 Cooperation of EPI Operational Groups – Preparatory support,
- I.14.1.2 Professional development of farmers, module 2 Specialized training for farmers,
- I.14.3.2 Professional development of advisory staff, module 3 Postgraduate studies,
- I.14.3.3 Professional development of advisory staff, module 4 Mentoring,
- I.14.3.5 Professional development of advisory staff, module 2 Specialized training.
Other recruitment planned in 2025
In addition to the above postponed calls for proposals, calls for proposals are planned to be held in 2025, including: as part of the intervention:
- I.10.1.1 Investments in agricultural farms increasing competitiveness (subsidy) area D,
- I.13.5.2 Cooperation of EPI Operational Groups – Implementation of EPI operations,
- I.10.2 Investments on farms in the field of renewable energy and energy efficiency improvement.
The planned dates for launching recruitment in 2025 will be published by the end of this year.
Campaign 2024 – area applications
The schedule also includes changes in the scope of direct payments, transitional national support and area activities, which have an orderly nature.
Due to the launch of new interventions, the indicative limits of financial resources allocated to payments have been updated in the schedule.
ARiMR reminds that the sanction-free deadline for submitting the declaration expired on July 1. Recruitment under the campaign will last until July 26, but for each business day of delay, the payment amount will be reduced by 1%. Until August 31, those applying for subsidies can apply for support under two new interventions: 1.1 Payment for small farms and 4.7 Ecoscheme – Land excluded from production.
