Gardening goods retailer Hortes, whose lease agreement in the Tähesaju shopping park was terminated due to debts, is laying off 16 employees, dv.ee writes.
Hortes has informed the Unemployment Insurance Fund that it will close its store in Lasnamäe and plans to cut 16 jobs.
Last week, the owner of the property, EfTEN Real Estate Fund, announced the sale of the property to Kinnisvara Info, which will locate Konverter Sisustuskeskus there.
