The Hortes gardening business, which has been struggling with tax debt for a long time and has not submitted annual reports for the last two years, is undergoing restructuring by court decision.
Hortes' business partners are also trying to take steps as part of the restructuring. Thus, subsidiaries of Eften Real Estate Fund announced that they would cancel the Hortes lease agreement and give the company an additional 30 days to repay the debt.
On July 9, the landlords received a ruling from the Harju County Court to begin the restructuring of the Hortes joint-stock company. According to this decree, the reorganization plan must be adopted no later than August 23, as reported on the Eften stock exchange.
