The Ministry of Agriculture further wrote:
– The provisions of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers on the detailed scope and methods of implementing certain tasks of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture, § 13zzd, constitute the legal basis for estimating drought through a public application and appointing a commission for estimating damage resulting from drought, within the meaning of the provisions on agricultural crop insurance. and farm animals.
In accordance with the currently applicable regulations, the agricultural producer will complete two sections in the application for the estimation of drought losses:
- Information about crops and drought damage (i.e. information about agricultural plots and crops),
- Insurance information (information whether the farm was insured on the day the damage occurred. If so, please attach appropriate documentation).
The section will be deleted in the application:
- Information about animal production.
Therefore, the agricultural producer will not have to provide information on animal production in the application.
At the same time, we would like to inform you that the scope and amount of damage caused by unfavorable weather phenomena are determined by a commission appointed by the voivode competent for the place where the damage occurred. The voivode who appointed it is responsible for the work of the commission.
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development , in the light of applicable regulations, has no influence on decisions related to the establishment of permanent committees estimating losses.
