Big focus in the two regions is nothing new. It’s worth adding, that in the last year were the provinces with the most number of confirmed focal ASF wildlife. Trend this trend is also confirmed by earlier January data. In Wielkopolska the most presence of the disease occurs in the city and its rounds.
Where have the focuses ASF fell?
W last week ASF wildfires were confirmed in the following regions:
Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province:

In 89 fires ASF traces of virus were confirmed in 171 animals. 79 focuses were on cattle fallen, 9 animals shot down, one wild boar killed in a communication accident.
ASF in 2024 year
In January in the country there were 388 focal ASF in the wild boar population. By far most focuses were confirmed in the already mentioned above regions – in Wielkopolska and in Pomerania. In the remaining regions the number of observed fires is significantly lower.
This year as also in five provinces there are no fires ASF wildfires. These are Dolnośląskie, Lodz, Mazovian, Podkarpackie and Silesian.
