Tomasz Mroczek is a graduate of the Veterinary Faculty of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences – AR in Warsaw. In the years 1984-1990 he held the position of medical director in Brąszewice (then Sieradz Voivodeship). Until 2007, he ran a private veterinary practice. From 2007 to 2009, Tomasz Mroczek worked as an official veterinarian in Denmark, and in 2009-2014 in Scotland and Wales. In 2018, he started working at the District Veterinary Inspectorate in Łask, and from 2022 he held the position of deputy district veterinarian in Sieradz.

Big changes in the Veterinary Inspection. Three new provincial veterinarians were appointed
As the provincial veterinarian, Tomasz Mroczek replaced Katarzyna Lasiecka, who had been in office since mid-February last year.
Earlier, provincial veterinarians in the Lublin region, Pomerania, and the Opole and Greater Poland voivodeships were canceled.
