- The company's previous strategy assumed partial outsourcing of services. Now, to some extent, it will carry out in-house logistics and warehousing operations in a business park located 20 km from Warsaw, which is a warehouse base for Warsaw from the Gdańsk side.

Therefore, I see an increasingly stronger demand for logistics space from entities that want to consolidate their business in one location and provide comprehensive services from there. Already almost 45 percent all our CTParks in Poland are occupied by tenants from the 3PL sector, i.e. companies offering their logistics solutions for the needs of other enterprises. Trako Team Rafał Kopański will join the group of tenants of CTPark Warsaw North – a facility that will enable it to expand within one investment – explains Katarzyna Myjak, Senior Business Developer at CTP Polska.
In CTPark Warsaw North, Trako Team Rafał Kopański will store textiles, small household chemicals, cellulose, substrates and packaging. These goods come mainly from the European Union, but deliveries are also expected from, among others, the United States, India, China and Turkey. It will then be distributed to production factories in the Warsaw area and retail chains in the EU.
In our activities, we are primarily guided by customer needs, flexibility and mobility. The decision to rent the first logistics and warehouse center is a strategic moment in the development of Trako Team Rafał Kopański. The company wanted to concentrate business in Warsaw, ensuring access to the central market and well connected with the western and northern parts of the country.

Trako Team Rafał Kopański will move into CTPark Warsaw North in August 2024. In the same location, Zakład Techniki Cieplnej i Chłodczej Klima Sp. already runs its operations. z o. o. The owner of the business park, developer CTP, plans to expand the investment with a new building with an area of approximately 13,300 sq m. Thus, the entire complex will consist of two facilities with a total area of nearly 78,000 sq m.
