As follows from the SPARK-Interfax database, the star couple each owns 15% in the company. Another 70% belongs to entrepreneur Said Abakarov.
The manufacturer Healthy Nutrition Center, co-owned by Volya and Utyasheva, currently produces three types of Bono bars. The company's revenue in 2023, according to SPARK-Interfax, amounted to 240,000 rubles, and the net loss was 1.6 million rubles.
The production of sugar-free bars is not Volya and Utyasheva’s first business. Since 2019, Volya has been developing its clothing brand Volya Wear, the revenue of its legal entity Volya Wear LLC according to RAS in 2023, according to SPARK-Interfax, amounted to 9.1 million rubles, and the net loss was 3.2 million rub. In addition, in 2023, the Vsegazin retail chain of household goods was launched, which was positioned in the media as the chain of Volya and Utyasheva. But, according to SPARK-Interfax, the sole owner of the legal entity of the network – Vsegazin LLC – is Irina Pukhova. Volya only owns the rights to the Vsegazin trademark, as indicated there.
