Co-owner of the Wildberries marketplace Vladislav Bakalchuk (owns 1% of Wildberries LLC ) sent a warning letter to VK, in which he demands that “the rights” for communities on the social networks VKontakte and Odnoklassniki not be transferred to “third parties.” A copy of the letter is at the disposal of Vedomosti , and its authenticity was confirmed by both Bakalchuk himself and the law firm IQ Technology, which represents his interests.

The letter is addressed to Elena Bagudina , CEO of VK Management Company LLC . In it, Bakalchuk reports that he has learned of the "intention to transfer the rights to administer communities on the social networks vk.com and ok.ru" in favor of the joint company RVB LLC and other third parties. The letter indicates that the property rights to these assets also belong to Bakalchuk, since they were acquired as part of joint property with his wife Tatyana Bakalchuk, who owns 99% of Wildberries and filed for divorce. Vladislav Bakalchuk did not give consent to such transactions, and the general meeting of Wildberries LLC participants was not held to approve such actions.
Bakalchuk's lawyers refer to the fact that the rights to subdomain names and the administration of communities located under these subdomain names are property rights, since they are used in commercial activities, contain trademarks and the Wildberries brand name, and also have property value and can be estimated in monetary terms. Bakalchuk, as stated in Bagudina's letter, "categorically objects" to the disposal of jointly acquired property without his consent and asks to report any attempts to transfer these communities to other persons. In the appendix to the letter, the authors list the addresses of such communities on the social networks VKontakte and Odnoklassniki.
This is not Bakalchuk's first claim related to his wife's departure and the fact that she contributed Wildberries and its assets to a joint venture with Russ Group (in RVB, Wildberries LLC has 65%, Russ has 35%). Earlier, Bakalchuk hired IQ Technology to challenge the transfer of Wildberries' Internet domains to RVB.
