Today (27.08) the government met in Stenbock House for budget talks, during which they will find articles to cut, and will also discuss tax issues. Health Minister Riina Sikkut and Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna told Delfi that the economy is starting to grow slowly, but the effects may not be seen anytime soon.
