Experts: Trade is increasingly becoming an alternative to warehouse properties
The rebranding reflects the company's ambitions to become a leader in the European market, while combining its identity with the innovative solutions it offers. The change is not only intended to refresh the image, but also to unify it under one brand. Although the company will continue to use Velis Real Estate Tech as its administrative name, Singu will now be its main brand, the company informs.
Customers can now visit the new Singu.com website and enjoy a refreshed visual identity, including new logos, fonts and branding. The new logo references the original Singu platform symbol, but introduces a new aesthetic and color palette inspired by the heritage of the Singu and Velis RET brands.
– For the past few years, Velis Real Estate Tech has focused exclusively on Singu, our flagship product – says Paweł Malon, CEO of Singu. – Over 100,000 users rely on Singu to deliver the best solutions in facility management, maintenance and ESG reporting. When Singu became the industry standard, we understood that we had to eliminate any market ambiguity through a full rebranding. This will allow us to better cooperate with our partners and users – he adds.
Singu has become a leading solution on the market, used in logistics, warehouses, shopping malls, retail property portfolios and office buildings.
– We look forward to further development in European markets, with Singu as the most important tool for commercial real estate management – comments Paweł Malon.
