Entrepreneur and manager of the Ülemiste shopping centre Guido Pärnits warns that he is not a fan of Elon Musk and considers his recent statement too radical, but he agrees with Musk that employees should not be allowed to work from home offices, Pärnits told Äripäev .

“While the coronavirus has brought many opportunities to work from home or from different parts of the world, the time of restrictions has also opened up opportunities to get into the comfort zone,” Pärnits said on stage at the Äriplaan 2025 conference.
"I certainly don't believe that most people who work from home and have negotiated that right with their employer are as effective at home as they would be if they were in the workplace," the entrepreneur said.
