The company has been operating in Poland since 2018. In 2022, there were 12 branches operating in Poland: two in Kraków, three in Warsaw, one in Katowice, Kielce, Tychy, Wrocław, Piaseczno, Poznań and Łódź. Now there are 20 of them, and 4 of them joined the network in the last six months, including: facility in Pruszków, Knurów and Koszalin. The company is currently looking for sellers for several stores: including in Gdańsk, Knurów and Katowice.
After the outbreak of the war in Ukraine and the huge influx of people from the war zones to Poland, we talked to Serhiy Kolesnyk. He then said:
"The last thing I would like to do is develop my business, because millions of refugees from Ukraine have come to Poland. But these are the facts – millions of people from Ukraine are in Poland, they are looking for flavors they know from home and come to our stores, so our turnover is growing But we are not satisfied with the increase in turnover alone. We believe that we need to work better to be chosen not because we are a Ukrainian store, but because we have a great offer and service. We are constantly working on this in every city where we are we are, our store was the first choice, but not only among Ukrainians, but also among Poles. We want customers to get to know us, but also for them to come back to us. We offer goods from the East, with approximately 65-68 percent of them coming back to us. Our assortment includes Ukrainian products, but we also import food from the Baltic countries, lemonades from Georgia and snacks from Azerbaijan. Various nations buy from us because we have delicacies that they have tried and liked, or they want to drink fresh Czech beer straight from the tap. We sell them for takeaway, but in front of the store we also have a garden where you can sit and drink a beer. We also sell freshly prepared coffee and dried fish snacks in the store, which are our specialty. Generally, we guarantee the quality of the goods we offer, because we select and deliver them ourselves. Our assumption is simple: we want to offer more goods, better service, become more and more popular and gain scale of operations.
