"According to Polish law, driving a vehicle in such a state is a crime. The drunk driver was taken over for further action by officers from the District Police Headquarters in Grójec. He will answer for his irresponsible act in court. He now faces a penalty of imprisonment for up to 3 years, a ban on driving vehicles (all types or specific categories) for 3 to 15 years and a fine from PLN 5,000 to PLN 60,000 (for the benefit of the Fund for Aid to Victims and Post-Penitentiary Aid). The Turkish carrier's vehicle was towed from the inspection site to a designated guarded parking lot," the Mazovian Provincial Road Transport Inspectorate reported in a statement.
