The former long-term head of the tour operator Tez Tour has created a new tourism startup, Travely.ee. This is a modern online travel agency that makes it much easier for Estonian clients to search, compare and purchase package tours.
The Travely platform combines package tours from all leading tour operators in Estonia, which allows the client to find the most suitable one using one search query. On the portal you can compare different trips, quickly book and conveniently pay for them from your phone or computer. In addition, for purchases the user receives bonus points that can be used to pay for future trips.
“Both in the world as a whole and in Estonia, more and more customers prefer to conveniently make purchases online. Despite the fact that many environments have been created for booking hotels and air tickets, there is no single and convenient environment for purchasing package tours starting in Estonia, where customers could easily compare the options on offer. In addition, international platforms cannot provide customer support in the local language,” said Tatyana Arkhipova, founder and executive director of the startup Travely.ee.
