A fatal accident occurred yesterday at a meat plant in Końskowola, Puławy County, Lublin Voivodeship. An employee of the company who was performing renovation and construction work at the plant died – reports the local website Wspólnota Puławska.
Police findings show that the worker was electrocuted. Firefighters and paramedics intervened on site. Attempts to resuscitate the injured party were unsuccessful. The doctor pronounced the man dead. The deceased is a citizen of Ukraine. The police are explaining the causes and circumstances of the tragic event. The District Labor Inspectorate was also notified.
