There are 4,380 people living in Estonia who once worked in Finland – all of them are now receiving a substantial increase in their local pension.
Most of the 4,380 Estonians receiving Finnish labour pensions once worked for their northern neighbours.
The Finnish pension has three levels and consists of a national pension, a labour pension and a so-called insurance pension.
