The twelfth RetailDetail Night was, again, a splendid and festive end to a turbulent year in retail. These were the highlights.
Content and networking
Once again, the RetailDetail Night followed its well-known, successful concept: in-depth, but smaller sized programmes in the afternoon, followed by a stylish dinner in the beautiful setting of the Antwerp Handelsbeurs, with key-note speakers such as Dirk Van den Berghe (ex-Walmart) and Pieter Zwart (Coolblue) to highlight the plenary session. There was plenty of room for networking both at the table and afterwards at the dessert buffet and bar.
