The retail and service park in Rokietnica will be built at ul. Poznańska, just 1 km from the S11 expressway. The investment will include six commercial and service buildings with a total area of approximately 6,700 m², located in the immediate vicinity of the newly opened Biedronka store. A new retail park will be built in Mrągowo. It already has most of the tenants
– The Rokietnica commune is inhabited by approximately 20,000 people. Near our park, apart from a large grocery discount store, which will be a great complement to the offer we are preparing, there are no stores of the most popular retail chains, which are more and more willingly chosen by a wide group of consumers. Therefore, we are convinced that our park will perfectly fill the niche in this location and respond to the needs of local residents – says Jacek Ostwald, general partner of PKB Inwest Budowa.
A dozen or so stores are planned in the park, retail chains known and liked by customers, which will offer a wide range of products and services. For the convenience of customers, approximately 190 external parking spaces have been planned, which will provide comfortable access directly from the parking lot to all retail outlets.
– The appropriate selection of tenants is one of the key elements enabling the creation of an attractive and functional place for the local community, which ultimately translates into the success of the entire investment.
