Sierra Balmain joins forces with NEPI Rockcastle to manage Forum Gdańsk
The Carrefour hypermarket in Krakow covers an area of 12,000 m². In addition, the property includes a large, public surface parking lot with 440 spaces. The facility is located in the southern, residential district of Krakow – Kurdwanów, in a convenient location, next to one of the main arteries of the city, which is ul. Witos.
Sierra Balmain took over management of the property on May 15. After Power Park Opole, this is another project entrusted to this company by the German subsidiary of Leoff Group.

We will use our know-how and experience to develop the project entrusted to us towards increasing the value of the property. The first half of this year has been extremely fruitful. Since April 1, the company has been providing comprehensive services to Galeria Pomorska in Bydgoszcz, and from May 1, managing Power Park Opole. Thanks to the latest cooperation contract with Carrefour in Krakow, Sierra Balmain increased the total retail area of the managed properties to over 450,000 m² GLA, and the number of facilities in the portfolio to 20. Thus, the company strengthened its position as one of the largest independent consulting companies on the European real estate market Central and Eastern.
