Agreements with L'Oreal and Orange

– We are gradually developing our business based on unique technology. We address our offer primarily to large organizations and teams, so it is obvious that the implementation of our solutions usually requires several months of testing. We are currently conducting a number of pilot projects with entities in several industries. Examples of successful pilot activities include long-term agreements concluded with brands such as L'Oreal or Orange and placing the first significant orders – says Radosław Sosnowski, CEO of One2tribe SA

– In addition to developing operational activity, it is important for us to effectively conduct processes within the company. Despite significant investments in technology development, we are consistently reducing our credit position. The ongoing merger with the subsidiary into one entity will translate into a reduction in costs and the presentation of real financial results and the potential of the company and the group – he adds.

One2tribe Financial Results

In the second quarter of 2024, One2tribe SA generated unit revenues of over PLN 3.5 million net, which increased by nearly 10% year-on-year. Gross profit amounted to PLN 65.2 thousand, which, compared to the same period in 2023, means an increase of nearly 300%. In addition, EBITDA exceeded PLN 0.4 million. Cumulatively from the beginning of 2024, the company's unit revenues increased to PLN 6.8 million, compared to PLN 6.5 million a year earlier. Gross profit for the first half of the year amounted to over PLN 133 thousand (an increase of 70%), compared to PLN 78 thousand generated in the same period last year.

One2tribe SA continued to invest over PLN 0.9 million in the development of the Tribeware platform in the first half of 2024, while reducing the involvement of bank funds, repaying loans for over PLN 0.7 million. Client budgets for user reward campaigns increased by almost PLN 1 million year-on-year.

The activities carried out by One2tribe only in the last few months resulted in the signing of significant agreements. In May this year, the company announced the conclusion of a two-year agreement with L'Oréal Polska, which covers Poland and the Baltic countries: Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. The value of the first orders under the contract exceeds PLN 1.2 million. In turn, at the beginning of July, One2tribe signed an agreement with Orange Polska, together with which the first orders were placed for a total amount exceeding PLN 0.6 million.

Pilot in a chain of stores

The company is conducting further pilots for companies from several industries, including fuel and FMCG. In August, One2tribe prepared a summary of activities carried out in cooperation with the Blisko chain of stores. The pilot resulted in an increase in sales of an average of 327% above the assumed target in all product categories in active sales campaigns.

– Pilots with large brands, which ended with the signing of agreements, are confirmation of the direction we have chosen well. More potential clients are already testing our solution and, observing the effects we have achieved, we know that new cooperation is only a matter of time. We are developing our platform with additional important functionalities, such as AI tools for automatic verification and rewarding influencer activities or image recognition. This gives us access to new recipients of One2tribe solutions. We continue the technological development of the company supported by artificial intelligence tools, which is why our supervisory board has been strengthened by Borys Stokalski and Rafał Gębicki – experts in AI and investments in new technologies, who will support us in achieving our next goals – informs Wojciech Ozimek, Vice President of One2tribe SA
