The District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, in the case of opening accelerated arrangement proceedings for the debtor Szop24 sp. z o. o., decided to open accelerated arrangement proceedings for the debtor and appoint a court supervisor, whose function will be performed by: Daniel Radwański.
Accelerated arrangement proceedings for Szop24
Szop24 describes itself as an innovative distributor in the retail industry, operating based on a network of vending machines throughout the country. The company conducts operations based on its own, unique IoT system (HeartByte) for comprehensive management of vending machines.
At the beginning of this year, the sale of 100% of shares in Szop 24 Sp. was finalized. z o. o. The transaction was carried out in the form of a management buyout by the company's management team.

– As a result of this transaction, Szop24 is well prepared to cope with the difficult conditions on the vending market in Poland, implement a further development plan and take advantage of future market opportunities based on its distribution network as well as unique competences in managing a network of vending machines. The value of the transaction remained undisclosed – said Holon, which was Szop24's advisor in the management buyout.
