Flexible working time model at Lidl

Every employee of the chain, regardless of their position, is treated with respect and paid appropriately. In addition, Lidl Polska emphasizes that it also cares about comfortable conditions in stores. All of the chain's branches are air-conditioned. Additionally, the store alleys are wide enough for employees to easily put goods on shelves, and the cash registers are designed to make it easier for cashiers to serve customers.

Earnings in the Lidl chain
Each function in the company has specific pay rates, which are communicated to employees in individual positions. The salaries of people working in stores and warehouses increased again in July this year. In 2024 alone, Lidl Polska allocated over PLN 240 million for pay increases and the creation of new jobs.
Lidl Polska also guarantees its staff a wide range of non-wage benefits, such as: private medical care, group and travel insurance, MultiSport and Medicover Sport cards, training, school supplies for "babies" and first-graders, as well as a free program of support from a psychologist, lawyer and financial advisor. An additional benefit has also been introduced, namely annual NNW insurance for children and grandchildren of employees, covering accidents up to the age of 25.
Additionally, the chain supports the idea of fair pay, so all employees in the same positions receive the same remuneration.
