The Synergetic company from Nizhny Novgorod was sued with a claim of 10.7 billion rubles for using the slogan “I love my family,” writes MK in Nizhny Novgorod .

The plaintiff in this case is Karina Boguslavskaya , daughter of Russian State Duma deputy Irek Boguslavsky . She claims that she is the owner of the rights to the trademark with this slogan and demands that the Synergetic company pay 10.7 billion rubles, and also demanded that products using her trademark be withdrawn.
The Synergetic company filed a counterclaim. Lawyers tried to prove that the clauses of the agreement on permission to use the very “family” trademark that Boguslavskaya concluded with the company Nefis Cosmetics are invalid. The court did not accept Synergetics' application. The trial has been ongoing for six months. The next meeting is scheduled for the end of July.
