The solution aims to support users during work, thanks to artificial intelligence that "sees through their eyes". In the fourth quarter of 2024, One2tribe plans to provide the first commercial version of the project, which is currently being tested with selected clients.

AI at the service of trade

The One2tribe team is working on its own AI architecture for automatic photo and image analysis, which is part of the Tribeware platform. This means that thanks to One2tribe technology, line workers will be able to receive advice and training tailored to the place they are and the situation they are participating in (for example, when tidying up the workplace). In turn, managers and store employees will be able to check the availability and share of products on shelves, manage marketing communications and check the quality of displays using their phones.

For correctly completing a task, the employee will receive points, which he will then exchange for prizes.

This approach is based on the use of several AI models working together. For example, a segmentation model will allow you to determine the position of objects relative to each other and determine their number. A linguistic, multimodal or image analysis model will allow you to ask questions about the currently observed situation. In this way, the employee can receive instructions, tasks or tips on how to complete them in real time. According to the Tribeware platform model, the employee will receive points for correctly completing the task, which they will then exchange for rewards.

– When we announced a similar project in our strategy, we did not expect that the technology would exceed our expectations. The designed solution is currently in the final stage of development. We are conducting the first tests with selected clients and we can already see that the results are extremely promising. We are making all corrections and updates on an ongoing basis. We hope that in the fourth quarter of this year we will start activities related to the commercialization of the project – says Wojciech Ozimek, Vice President of One2tribe SA

One2tribe works in the area of deep tech (AI) and human sciences. Among o2t's clients are brands such as Ikea, Lidl, Play, Orange, Vision Express, Bayer, Wiśniowski, Sanofi and L'Oréal Polska.
