San Park will offer approximately 55,000 sq m of GLA and will provide customers with the opportunity to shop in over 40 stores of brands from many industries. The tenants of the complex will include the most popular stores, including Jula, which will also be the largest salon with an area of almost 2,500 sq m, Action, CCC, HalfPrice, Rossmann, Sinsay, Sports Direct and many others. The food operator will be the Aldi supermarket. The car park will offer a total of 1,100 parking spaces. The cosmetics brand Rituals decided to open its first salon in Poland in a retail park in San Park. Starbucks, present mainly on shopping streets and traditional shopping centres, will also have its café in Mysiadło.
Smyk will also occupy a showroom designed in the latest concept covering over 600 sq m.
– Popular bakeries Putka and Wanda will open in the complex. Customers looking for selected products will also have Italian and Asian delicatessens at their disposal. There will also be a butcher's shop with Kiszeczka's own products and a Koneser shop with selected alcohols. The Health & Beauty section will include, for example, Rituals, Vision Express and a pharmacy. San Park will also have a wide range of services, including a laundry and nail bar. Specialist shops, restaurants and cafes will occupy as many as 25 premises and a total area of 3,700 sq m. GLA – says Paweł Materny, the exclusive agent commercializing San Park Piaseczno.
San Park will also feature gastronomic brands that will soon debut in our country.
– The above-standard retail space is worth noting, giving dozens of tenants the opportunity to open their sales points. The complex will provide a very extensive catering zone with many cafes and restaurants. One of the largest of them will be L'Osteria, measuring 450 sq m. There will also be a completely new Turkish concept debuting in Poland, which we will inform you about soon. The catering establishments will also include restaurants serving burgers, sushi and a Vietnamese bistro – says Jakub Sancak, board member of ED SAN III Sancak.
