- The expansion project of the Turawa Park Shopping Center, worth EUR 5.5 million, obtained a building permit last year, and in March this year, key lease agreements were signed.
- Construction works are at an advanced stage, completion of the investment is planned for the last quarter of 2024. The new premises will be handed over to tenants in the summer, and the opening is planned for this year.
Thanks to the new investment by the owner of the Turawa Park Shopping Center, the facility will host renowned brands such as New Yorker, DM, Forpepe House, TEDi and one of the largest Martes Sport chain stores in the country .

Currently, the commercialization level of the new retail park is 72%, and in the coming days it will increase to 82%, due to the planned signing of the lease agreement for the next premises. Further contracts are under negotiation.
