The park is planned to house 5 stores of well-known retail chains. Each of them will have a separate entrance directly from the car park. In the immediate vicinity of the park there are discount grocery stores such as Lidl and Biedronka. And right next to the facility is planned a store offering home and garden products Bricomarche. The general contractor of the retail park in Pyrzyce is the company STRON-BUD SC. Customers will have 48 convenient parking spaces at their disposal.
Five retail parks under construction
– This year we plan to build 5 retail parks with a total area of nearly 30,000 sq m GLA. Our experience so far shows that retail parks have been the favorite format in recent years where Poles want to do their shopping, regardless of whether we are talking about smaller towns or large cities – says Henryk Pichłacz, general partner of PKB Inwest Budowa.
The investment in Pyrzyce is planned to be completed in the first quarter of 2025.
