Redan has arrears to the Loger company
In the received notice, Loger indicates that the condition of breach of the lease agreement is met, consisting in Redan's late payments to Loger. In connection with this, Loger, in accordance with the provisions of the agreement, has set Redan a deadline of 30 days to cease the breach of the lease agreement. In the event of failure to repay the overdue liabilities by September 18, 2024, Loger will be entitled to terminate the lease agreement without observing the notice period.

Redan improves results and focuses on logistics
Demand for payment
The Management Board of Redan SA received a demand for payment from Alior Bank SA, as a guarantor, of the debt of Loger Sp. z oo in the amount of PLN 402.0 thousand resulting from the credit agreement concluded on February 22, 2018 between the bank and Loger by September 13, 2024. Failure to settle the arrears by the above deadline may result in the bank terminating the agreement and demanding immediate repayment of the entire debt. The amount of capital remaining to be repaid under the credit agreement is PLN 4.8 million.
Redan guaranteed Loger’s loan to the bank when it was taken out in 2018, when Loger was a subsidiary of Redan.
Redan changes its business profile
In 2023, Redan achieved PLN 67.4 million in revenue, incurring a net loss of PLN 2.3 million. The company is in the process of transforming its operations from a trading company into an operator providing logistics services. The Management Board assumes that from 2025, operations and activities will be based solely on logistics services. The challenge remains building a portfolio of clients who will allow for the full use of the warehouse space. Intensive work is underway in this area.
