Two retail parks will appear on the market.
Vendo Parks. There will be new stores in Kostrzyn and Mogilno
Vendo Park in Kostrzyn nad Odrą will be built on a plot of 18,700 sq m. at the intersection of Prosta and Sportowa streets, constituting part of national road 31 connecting Słubice with Szczecin. The facility will provide approximately 6,400 sq m to the local market. leasable area, where grocery, clothing, DIY and electronic stores will open their branches, including Action, Hebe, Drogerie Markt, Euro RTV AGD, KIK, Gekon pet store and Zyguła butcher shop. In the Vendo Park in Kostrzyn, there will also be a supermarket belonging to the Aldi chain with an area of approximately 1,100 sq m, and 211 parking spaces will be available to customers. The opening of Vendo Park in Kostrzyn nad Odrą is planned for December this year.
Vendo Park in Mogilno will be the third facility of this type in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship (after Inowrocław and Solec Kujawski). In the eastern part of the city, at Powstańców Wielkopolskich Street, on a plot of almost 30,000 sq m. a retail park with a leasable area of approximately 8,300 sq m will be created, scheduled to open in mid-2025. It will house stores from various industries that fit into the tenant mix typical of Vendo Parks. These will include a Lidl discount store with an area of 1,600 sq m, as well as stores of such brands as: Media Expert, Dealz, Rossmann, Sinsay and KiK. Customers will be able to use 402 parking spaces.
The retail park market in Poland is far from saturated

Vendo Park in Konin with a fitness club
Opened in December 2023, Vendo Park in Konin is expanding its retail offer. In mid-June, Xtreme Fitness, a popular gym chain with several dozen facilities throughout the country, opened its facility there, renting 900 sq m. space and at the same time making its debut in the tenant portfolio of Vendo Parks.
It has thus supplemented the commercial offer of the Konin retail park, which has stores such as Aldi, Rossmann, Pepco, Dealz, Kakadu, Piekarni Grochola and Sinsay. Customers can also use an InPost parcel locker and an ATM there.
This year, Trei plans to open at least 4 Vendo Parks, including in Wrocław and Szczecin, with a record area of 22,000 sq m. GLA. In parallel, it is expanding the facility in Skarżysko-Kamienna, which, due to its great popularity, will be expanded by an additional 2,000 sq m, which has been leased to the Sinsay, CCC, Euro RTV AGD and Orange networks.
