Annoyance over delivery and return costs

DHL surveyed as many as 12,000 online shoppers in 24 countries, charting the major e-commerce trends. One theme stands out: around the world, shoppers are frustrated with high delivery costs. 41 % of shoppers say they are even not completing their purchase if delivery is too expensive, so you risk losing customers as an e-commerce company because of delivery costs – the delivery company says.
