Already today you can this free verification thanks to the service “Check the qualifications of drivers” available at address https://www.gov.pl/web/gov/sprawdz-uprawnienia-kierowcy.
– We give transportation companies the ability automatically verify, whether their working drivers have qualifications to drive vehicles. Thanks to this companies will be able to check every day to see whether any of their drivers have not been disqualified to drive. Today any body can check this on the website internet, however thanks to integration of systems through API this process will happen fully automatically – said vice-premier and minister of digitization Krzyszto Gawkowski.
Verification of rights drivers today is possible through the website internet
Minister of Digitization is making available already now to all interested in e-free service.Service “Check the rights of drivers”, through which any body can verify the basic data on the document and the privileges possessed by the driver.
To obtain data it is sufficient to provide the name and surname of the driver and number blank/print document (right to drive, permit for driving tram or temporary electronic right of driving).
In the data displayed it is possible to obtain the following information:
- the type and the scope of the entitlement obtained;
- the date of validity of the entitlement;
- the date of validity of the document;
- series and number blanket;
- information about retention of the document, if the document remains retained.

Central Ośrodek Informatics, at the order of Minister of Digitization, further in January will also access the API service, with which will be able to integrate entrepreneurs employing drivers, and also companies intermediating the transport of people.
Verification of drivers’ data by API sharing data will automatecyclicchecking,whethera givendriverhasnotlosttheprivilegesandstillcandrivethevehicle.
