The Board of CIR returned to 3 December 2024 . to Minister of Agriculture and Development of Village, Cesar Siekierski to eliminate degressivity of payments in ecosystem “Welfare of animals” in particular for poultry production.
As explained by the authority of agriculture, during the entry to this ecoschem farmers have committed to significant reduction of poultry per m² building, which has incurred additional costs.

The request by KRIR was answered by Deputy Minister of Agriculture Stefan Krajewski.
As he reminded, the ecoscheme of animal welfare has been constructed on the requests submitted by farmers , which were finally approved on 31 August 2022 year. by the European Commission (EC) PS WPR. - to 100 DJP – 100% payment,
- above 100 DJP to 150 DJP – 75% payment,
- above 150 DJP – no payment.
Degressivity pay dependency in the binding PS WPR,
does not apply payments to animals held in the organic agriculture system and payments in the practice of holding poultry in accordance with requirements of quality QAFP.
– Budget ecoschemes, including ecoscheme Welfare of animals, is specifically defined in accordance with the relevant rule for ecoschemes minimum 25% of the amount of direct payments.
