This was to justify their higher price, but it was also one of the reasons why the "Warsaw Maraton" Foundation decided to reject the offers of other producers competing for this contract. We confirm that due to human error, you received T-shirts that did not meet the order standards and were inconsistent with the organizer's expectations. We apologize to you, the "Warsaw Marathon" Foundation and "Active Warsaw" for any inconvenience.
We fully accept responsibility for repairing the damage. During talks with the Foundation, we offered to provide new 4F T-shirts free of charge. We intend to fulfill the declaration we made. We invite everyone who purchased T-shirts of the 32nd Constitution Run on May 3 to contact our team, [email protected], to arrange delivery details. We are waiting for your applications until September 30, 2024.
Additionally, T-shirts delivered to the organizer for the race – in accordance with our proposal – will be provided free of charge. At the same time, we would like to point out that we have improved procedures aimed at preventing similar situations in the future, we read in the statement.
4F mainly produces in China and Bangladesh
4F is a brand belonging to the Polish company OTCF, founded in 1995 by Igor Klaja.
In its financial report for 2023, the company wrote that production activities, as in previous years, are carried out mainly in Asian countries (Bangladesh, China).
The loss recorded by the company for 2023 amounted to PLN 17,491 million.
