
The Varus Varus supermarket chain has switched to the new Creatio CRM system, allowing the company to take its loyalty program to a new quality level. This partnership is directed to improve the quality of customer service and create a personalized experience for shoppers.
The implementation of the Creatio system allows Varus to:
- Automize routine processes. The System allows automatically generate personalized offers, remind of promotions and calculate bonuses;
- increase accuracy of analytics. With AI-models Varus is able to depth analyze customer behavior and generate more accurate forecasts;
- Improve the mobile application. Customers can conveniently view history of purchases, balance bonuses and receive personalized recommendations right in their smartphone.
The migration of data was a key challenge: in one day it was required to migrate millions of transactions, histories of purchases and balances of customers. The teams prepared for this process for more than half a year: the needed to train thoroughly check all data about bonus and cash transactions, stock mechanics, combining cash and bonus accounts, so that after transfer to the new system, everything is reported correctly. Despite the complexity, the migration to Creatio occurred without major failures. The system is synchronized with POS terminals, the mobile application and analytical tools.
