The value of the Bank of Estonia’s reserves in foreign currency in December 2024 year for
a month fell by 150.6 million euros.
This is reported in the previous BNS statistical report of the central bank. The value of valuable prices in reserves as of 31 December was 1.45 billion euros, decreasing over the month by 161.5 million euros.
The value of reserve assets as of 31 December was slightly less than 2 billion euros compared with almost 2.15 billion euros a month earlier.
The reserve position in the International Currency Fund dropped by 700 thousand euros to 76.3 million euros over the month.
The cash and deposits in the bank as of the end of December were in amount to 68,9 million euros, which is 400 thousand euros more than at the end of November.
